So I've had my phone for a year and a half without many issues. But today, whenever I would hit the lock button upon finishing using my phone, the screen would not turn off, but 5-10 seconds later, the options to turn the phone off came up, (as if I had held down the lock button). But eventually, the screen would turn off as I desired.
Now the phone cannot stay on. It functions perfectly fine, but the lock switch does not do anything at all. The screen will only shut itself off after the standard 20 seconds, and when it does this, it shuts the entire phone off. I have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas besides a factory reset? :/
