Ok so my wonderful son locked me out of my phone, now its askin me for my gmail account which i reset and tried without successsss....i also tried *null* for a password as i read in an other post.....NADA still not working!!!! please what can i do
Ok this has happened to me and my mytouch 3g. I had to master reset it. But i had to use keypress method since i couldn't enter the phone. I turned phone off first and then held home and end call buttons for 30 seconds until a terminal screen came and gave me the option to factory reset. What device do you have?
Sorry didn't read top lol ok for lg optimus one you take off battery then reinsert it then you Hold the Home and Volume Down button then ya
Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your device
this will wipe everything but pictures and music because hopefully you have synced them to your google account so only your apps will be lost.
P.S this is literally the only way lol
