Does anybody know how to lock a text message conversation on Galaxy S2 skyrocket?
You could use something like App lock to lock the messaging app, but I don't think you can lock a single conversation.

I think I may have misunderstood. You mean to lock a thread so it can't be deleted? I though you meant lock it so you block access without a password.
There are a lot of SMS backup apps that can save your messages off your phone. You should look at MyPhoneExplorer for a PC based sync option that works remarkably well.
