Lockscreen - Custom Image?

[abourne]

Previously, I had the HTC Hero:

Access image --> Set As --> Lockscreen

Now, I have the HTC Evo Shift There's no lockscreen option.

Previously, I had an image with the text:

"If found email address"

Quesitons:

1) Is it possible to set lockscreen image on the Evo Shift?

if no,

2) Is there a free App to create and set a lockscreen image?

The only app that I know of that will let you customize your lockscreen is widget locker... but it's not free.

Why did they remove this basic feature to

"Set as Lockscreen"

???
