Help lockscreen has a hint of Sepia overtone?

Hey guys,

So i've gotten my Note 2 and had it a little over a week now. Something i've noticed is that the lockscreen has a slight sepia tone over the screen. It makes the colors much dimmer and less vibrant than on the actual homescreen. To test, place a black image as your background on your lockscreen and homescreen. You'll notice that your lock screen has a slight brown tone to it. Does anyone else have this? I can't figure out how to screenshot the lockscreen or else i'd post a picture of what i'm seeing.

Thanks!

It is the ripple effect in settings.

Settings --> Lock screen --> Lock screen options --> Ripple effect

Turn it off and the colors turn back to normal
