Help lockscreen switching on automatically

lockscreen of my incredible S is switching on auomatically and very frequently. i switched off my phone for a while n den switched on,still I hav d problem... Can anyone suggest a solution???

Go into Settings and change you screen timeout value.

I've changed d setting now let me check n tell...

hey tpbklake, it worked but for screen timeout value of 30secs i still hav a prob....
any suggestions???
