Root Lockscreen widgets

Is there any way I can add widgets to the lockscreen that are not made to be lockscreen widgets? I know you can do that with a custom rom but I want to stay on stock since better battery (I just got 0% drain in 27 hours). Running rooted custom zv5 and can use xposed modules since running dalvik not art. Thanks
