Help Logon "samsung" screen does a continious loop.

My Galaxy Y phone keeps looping the logon "Samsung" screen and wont load Android. I've got the phone 2 days now, and it hasn't been tweaked at all.

I've tried removing the battery, hard reset, delete cache but nothing seems to work.

Is there anything i can do withount breaking the waranty seal?

Model no. is: GT-S5360

I've also copy'd the phone's event log with droid explorer:

01-01 07:14:57.515: ERROR/installd(1316): cannot create dir '/data/data/com.samsung.AlertRecipients': No such file or directory
01-01 07:15:00.187: ERROR/AndroidRuntime(21861): /system/csc/feature.xml ==> cannot open file
01-01 07:15:02.460: ERROR/installd(1316): cannot create dir '/data/data/com.google.android.syncadapters.contacts': No such file or directory

why dont you try reflashing it via ODIN, havent experienced that though but i know a lot who fixed their bricked phone by reflashing

a 2-day old phone and youv already done a hard reset? have you considered the idea that its a defective phone? do yourself a favor and go to the service center. no need to think about what to do...

I've sent it to service this morning.....Cell phone service is terrible(all brands) in Greece, it might take a moth to see my phone again........I was hoping to avoid this...

My problem is same but I fix my 5360 by re flashing and also i update my firmware by flash my phone. its so easy and simple trick. Try with odin 1.85 please
