Lollipop Multi-Window Tab and Apps Panel Help

Hi All, my phone was just updated to Lollipop 5.0.1 on AT&T. Multi-window is a feature is use often and I noticed that when its activated, the tab that use to be there in KitKat, is gone. I can no longer reposition the tab or the apps panel. Anybody know how to do this?
