Help Lollipop update for Verizon HTC One M8?

I feel like I've seen articles that all the M8's have Lollipop now but my Verizon M8 isn't pulling it down. The System Update dialog always seems different, plainer, than other Android devices I've had, it almost seems like it's not even really working. Is the update live for Verizon? How do I make my phone find it?! Thanks!

The only articles I have seen say Dev and Unlocked phones have the update. Haven't seen any indication that any carrier device has the update, so I'm not sure what you are reading.

Only the Google play edition has 5.0 so far..... could be a while until we see it on verizon.

I heard somewhere sprint and T-Mobile would be like the first to get it... But that came from someone I that always talks when he hardly knows.

I want to do a clean install. Wipe data, cache. but what about davlik? I want to do this before downloading and installing lollipop.
