Help LOLLYPOP Verizon Note 3 amazon app's don't work

after my recent verizon lollypop update, a few app's did not work. everything just required an uninstall and new fresh installation and i was set. AMAZON app's were uninstalled and a fresh install from neither the playstore nor amazon app store would work. i was transferred all over the place when calling amazon tech support.

could it be that amazon app's are not compatable with lollypop? it seems unlikely! Any help out there?
 
amazon instant video app does not seem to be compatible. cannot down load from playstore nor amazon app store.
i have lost my amazon prime streaming.
 
upper level verizon tech support discovered that amazon instant video does not work with 5.00, but does work with 5.02. i was advised that 5.02 will be ready for verizon note 3 the end of the summer.
