Help Long hanging while opening "missed calls"

Happy new year to everyone =)

I've my smartphone new and never had one before. I searched also in Forum for my question already.

I noticed following behaviour:
When I open my contacts via the icon on main-screen and then tap on third icon from left (missed calls) my cell hangs for around 20secs and I cant do anything. BUT if I tap on "Telephone" icon in mainscreen than the call list opens immediately. Isn't that weird?? I've the same problem with missed calls notification. If he shows me missed calls (upper info bar) and I tap them it also wants to open the list and hangs. If I just delete that announcement and open them via "telephone" everything works fine.

Does anyone can confirm that or knows even a solution? I hoped with the Update to 2.3.5 this problem wouldn't exist anymore but it's still present.

I switched now my Android language to english that I can follow your steps better. I tried clearing the dialer chache, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem.

It's acutally when I open the "caller history" then my phone hangs for around 5 seconds. So I realised that "caller history" and the list which appears when you open "Phone" is different list.

Unfortunately I dont know anyone who also has Wildfire S but many with other HTC phones and no-one else has this hanging.

I had faced this very same problem when my phone was brand new.. its like 9 months since i bought it and I dont see that problem now.. i didn't do anything specific to this though :)
