Longer charge cable

Do longer cables impact on charging? I bought a 3m cable off eBay but today my battery is almost dead. Looking at the battery monitor it did charge overnight but not fully!

Im using the charger from my gaxaxy s1 at min, and charges ok with that. maybe not as quick but over night it aint a problem. maybe better for the battery charging at a slower rate any ways... get two days out of my note 2. standard charger is short lead and means i cant play in bed while charging lol

i reckon the cable is just poor quality - its narrower than the samsung and a nokia lead I have. Cheap crap off ebay I guess.

order from Monoprice! prices are low and quality is FINE. Where I live, I get cables delivered in under 24 hours, FOR less than the longer delivery time options. I have six foot cables and everything charges fine thru them.
