Help Looking 4 a Sound Volume Widget

Anyone know of a good Sound widget that control the

1. Music, video ..
2. Ringtone & notification
3. Alarms

3 separate widgets or 1 widget tie to all 3 above?

It should work on the stock Nexus 4.

Anyone?

Audio Manager is a good widget. Screen shot below of the different widgets.

You could use the one built into Jellybean. Long Press on a blank space on your home screen, tap on Apps and Widgets then Widgets, tap and hold Settings Shortcut Widget, Scroll down to sound, tap on sound and a sound icon is created on your home screen. Tap on the sound icon then volume and you have access to the volume controls for Music, video, games and other media, Ringtone, Notifications and System on 4 different sliders.

I use to have a HTC and all those separate vol button can be tie into one switch slider.

Sometimes I forgot and my volume for alarm would be weak for me to wake up. That is why I am looking for a app like this.
