Looking for a certain work related app

Hi all, new poster here.

I'm looking for a very particular app to work with our new Samsung Note 10.1's.

Basically, in my job, I need to go to multiple sites around the country (UK), and fill out door detail reports, recording things like measurements, conditions, power of closers etc, and take multiple photos of said doors. I need an app in which I can create a series of questions (some with multiple answer fields and some with free text fields), and photo/camera support. I have been using iAuditor lately, but I just can't get along with it for what I need. Are there any more suitable apps out there? Also, when I finish each report, I need to be able to send them to Dropbox.

Memento is a database app that, if set up correctly, will probably give you what you want. It is a paid app, but I can't remember how much it was. I think maybe $10 US.
 
There's HanDBase as well. This also has a PC version so you can sync your database between the two. The PC version has a 30-day trial from memory so you could test it out first.

Glad to help! Only noticed it myself as I'm trying to drag a friend kicking and screaming into the electronic age from the mass of paper he has for a business at the moment.

That's what I'm doing, only with a small company! They're all useless with tablets (at the moment) so It's a mission and a half to train them up haha
