Looking for a google toggle / search bar

[Fozzz]

The little girl who sold me my HTC incredible at Verizion loaded a Google search bar with a toggle above it to toggle on and off 5 things: Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, Sync, and Screen Intensity.

Well yesterday I deleted it by mistake and can't seem to find it
I'm not sure if it's a Widget or what but is was the most useful set of switches can anybody help me find it?

The toggles is listed under Add to home>Widgets>Power Control
The Google search is the same place just a bit further down see "Search"

Thanks for figuring out what I meant from a lousy, vague description!!!

Any recommendations for learning the Android OS
