Root Looking for a stable ICS ROM

I like EclipticSense but most anything in the All Things Root sticky will work.

The all things root sticky is a great place to start as it has links to most of the supported ROMs for this device.
I am currently a huge fan of UKB II as it is the most stable and reliable ICS Sense ROM I have tried. For non-Sense, I would suggest AOKP or Kangdemnation, though both have a few bugs that I cannot get over.
For GB Sense ROMs, my tried and true is Incredible 2 HD (though no longer linked in the sticky and hasn't been updated in some time). I can always rely on it if an ICS ROM is not stable enough to be my DD.

The best thing I can suggest for you in the long run is to try some out. Give each rom a few days to settle in and you can then decide which is the best for you. Each phone's hardware is slightly different in the way it performs and what works for one person may or may not work for the next.
