I am new to the android tablets. i am looking for a descent tablet for a 10 year old. i am leaning towards the Ibex Flytouch 3 but have a problem ord from China. It needs to be able to have flash for youtube and other sites. I want to stay under or around the 200.00 range. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Welcome to Android Forums, Steve.

I think the new Kindle Fire would be right up your alley, when they are available.

Grant you they don't have access to the market, but Amazon's app store seems pretty decent and I'd guess there'd be some parental restrictions in place as well.
