looking for app...

I'm looking for an app that will give me live wallpaper using one off my own pictures.
I'm after using my current wallpaper but want the water effect if i touch it.
Does anyone know of such an app?

Water effect like the one on S3 LWPs?

Try this.
S3_original_lwp.apk

Press and Hold on Home Screen > Wallpapers > Live Wallpapers > S3 Dandelion > Settings > Select picture.

*Note: I did not created that app/apk. I just can't find the original source and uploaded the one on my pc.
