Looking for extremely simple music player w/ no networking

Hey guys, I have particular tastes so I had to make a new thread..

I'm looking for an extremely simple music player with just a few constraints:

No ads
No network access permissions needed
Must be able to read folders
Must have small icons (google play has gigantic icons, restricting visibility to a few folders at a time)

Also, I'm willing to pay for a good, stable app.

If you have any ideas, please post them!

EDIT: I'm using Mort Player right now, but it has ads and it takes up the entire screen when the song is playing; I would rather that it just show a list of folders.

MediaMonkey lets you view by folders in the $3.49 Pro version, or on a trial basis in the free version. (Ad-free either way.) It only needs network access if you want to do network things like sync to your PC via WiFi or stream from a UPnP server. I wouldn't call its icons "large" and it will display folders or songs within that folder while playing music.

FYI: The main reason that I use MediaMonkey for Android (MMA) is that when it's used with the free MediaMonkey for Windows (MMW), it enables a complete music & playlist synchronization system. I wrote about it extensively at the following link.
