That doesn't use data? I don't think that exist. I know the new Google maps support offline but I'm sure you have to use some sort of data prior to load maps before going offline.

You would have to buy a software package that includes maps that you download to your phone. I use CoPilot, it works well. All maps are on my memory card and data is used for map updates only.
