Root Looking for help

I recently had my evo rooted and since then I have lost my visual vmail. I have tried the activate@vvm.sprint.com & no luck. I can however, compose a message while in my vmail settings and send it to my number & it will appear but individuals leaving vmails never make it to the visual page. I am truly baffled

In addition, I can no longer update my profile, PRL or firmware.

Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.

what rom are you on? try wiping dalvik cache and cache.
