Welcome to the Android Forums!

You'll find the HTC Sync app on the HTC web site...

Application - HTC Sync for all HTC Android Phones & HTC Smart

Might be worth noting that you can simply drag and drop as well if you plug your phone in and set it as a mass storage device.
