Looking for new "Real" flytouch3

After I checked my new pad and found it's fake:mad: (or it's new model like seller told me :confused:) and cannot use Tim's rom to update. I just looking for new pad then found this thread that listed authorised resellers.

This superpad is a real thing right ? I mean it is Disco or Disco10 model ? can use Tim's rom to update ?

So I guess it was not a disco eh? You were unlucky I guess. Yes I am sure you found this site from apad.tv. They post they only the resellers ibex approves.

I have seen reports today that suggest that the DISCO and DISCO10's are being superceeded by internet upgradeable devices.. not tf card, perhaps the OP ought to hang on to his 'P041' (if that is what it was) for a while!!
 
Sounds nice but well thankfully my facepad does exactly what I want. Plays media perfectly, opens images perfectly and of course opens pdfs perfectly. Nothing else I can ask from it ^^ Maybe like dart16 suggest think why you bought it, see if it does what you want and if it does keep it for a while and wait for the better ones to come ^^
 
Thank you guys. With my bad English I cannot say that much what I want. But I have a question What difference between Facepad and Superpad ? In that website they list 8GB 8000mah superpad and 4GB 6400mah facepad at the same price.

sorry I didn't understand this can someone explain to me please :p that mean P041 is the new model right?
 
That you should keep it for a while. Be it or not the new model if your willing to buy a new one you should wait for the new one to come out.

P041 is probably not upgradeable and probably will never be - it sounds like a cloned version kind of like the non-upgradeable Sawee10 - I would definitely stay away from anything un-official. Tim develops off the disco and disco10 firmare.

Both links to the Facepad and Flytouch3 you post above run these firmware so rest assured.

The iBex Flytouch3 has the largest battery of them all 8000mah. While the Facepad's battery is 6400mah (from what I've heard still lasts around 6hours), it has louder speakers and more sturdy built body.

I just looking to video of facepad, If everything of these two be the same(or close to the same) I think I will choose 4GB FacePad because it's black flat back :D . Maybe my 16 external microsd + 4GB internal is enough.

So that reviewer makes the claim that the 32GB somehow makes the FT3 faster but then forgets to back that statement up with HOW.

It has the same processor, the same clock speed, the same RAM, the same firmware, in fact, the same everything - except it has more available spare, unused DISK STORAGE space. disk storage space that is incredibly slow to use when compared with RAM... Just how does this make the 32GB version faster?

The simple answer, unless someone can provide a really good explanation, is it isn't faster...

Perhaps someone could explain to me the reason for wanting 30GB of free internal disk space on an Android tablet..because I can't think of a reason.

If you work away for 1 or 2 weeks at a time (or more in some cases), or are a trucker, or on holiday, then 30GB is not enough for some mkv HD movies, some complete TV series (all series of 24 perhaps?) and some music (30 or 40 albums of choice - maybe even flac format?) all together.

Some prefer all this to be on a USB stick, some prefer it on the internal storage, it's all about having the choice and making that choice, so if your choice is not to use it, just cos you may not wish to use it by choice, others will.

Each to their own. :)

Indeed..to each their own, would love to hear from people who have managed to fill up 30GB and compare that against those that bought the 32GB version because they thought they would use it!

A flash drive is an indispensable part of modern day living for many.... even me, it gets used for all sorts of tasks, many of which require the memory to be plugged into different orifices', an internal drive won't hack it.

Plus...do you have any idea how long it takes to load 30GB onto the internal tf card?.....too frigging long...thats how long! Give me an external key any day.
 
I enjoy loading my mSD card with a usb adapter and put in there straight the movies I want to watch and then just stick it in my Facepad and watch. Why go through the trouble to put them inside my Facepad since after watching them I will delete them. Also I will probably just get a new 16GB class 10 card. I am sure dart16 mentioned something about class 10 actually being better with movies since there is no random reading? Whatever the reason I dont see my pad ever getting even a bit full since all apps take very little space.
