I am wanting sense 3.0 with the 3D home screen but all the ones i downloaded dont have an enable 3D in the display... anybdy have a link to one that has this? thanks.

Yes, Scotty is right...I am currently running synergy and imo, I must say it is the best sense rom out currently that I have tried..If you want the 3D effects, this is the rom for you..

As for bamf, I have not tried it in while (which needs to change) so I do not know much about it, other than the fact that it does have 3D effects LOL.

Yea Bamf forever has the 3D effects enabled and this ROM is extremely smooth with solid battery life. I highly recommend giving it a shot.

as does Gingeritis 3D. Sure technically its a 2.1 rom but there is NO visual/functional difference (except its smoother running than true sense ports IMO). you have to look at software info to tell its not sense 3.0.

I am on BAMF Forever, and the option you are looking for is available on their ROM as well. I am a big BAMF guy here on the forums, and their newest ROM is definitely a great choice to check out for Sense fans like myself. Extremely smooth, and battery life for me has been no worse than any other Sense ROM (never incredible, but definitely not the worst I've seen)

is this the right link for the download?
[GB][2.11.605.0][Sense3.0]BAMF Forever 1.0.5

and on 1.0.5 it says to install over 1.0.4 only, so does that mean i have to install 1.0.4 and not do a wipe then install 1.0.5?

My advice is to wait until later tonight, because I am pretty sure 1.0.6 will be released tonight, and that should be able to be installed like any ROM normally would be. As far as 1.0.5, yes you must install 1.0.4 first, and then flash 1.0.5 over that with no wipe, but I would recommend making a nandroid after each flash, just to be safe. I am currently on 1.0.5, and I don't have 1 complaint. Everything I use my phone for is perfectly working, nothing is broken for me, and the rom has no lag, and no freezing.

ok thanks. btw whats a nandroid backup? i just backup with cwm
Yep, just go into recovery (I'm sure you know how to do this but just in case, you power off your device, then hold the volume down key and the power key at the same time until it boots up) then use the volume keys to go down to back up and restore, then backup.

Edit..it should say nandroid backup at the top when you're in the backup and restore in recovery, thats where the name came from..

lol i knew that... sorry i never just payed any attention to the name... i have like 5 backups alrdy of diff roms.

so, i am downloading the 1.0.6 bamf forever about to install right now... i was wondering, bamf forever uses a stock kernel right? so you cant OC it... anybody have a good idea what kernels work GOOD with bamf forever? and is SetCPU the best way to go?

i actually tried that imoysen 3.5.8 kernel but my phone just kept rebooting over and over... =/

It's because the 3.5.8 Kernel is for AOSP roms.

Try the latest 3.7.1 HERE.
