Made sure you picked the right resolution for your phone?

This probably doesn't help you at all, but it worked perfectly fine for me (I then uninstalled it and went back to LauncherPro because it's just better). I just picked this one and installed it: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

It might help that I'm rooted but I see no reason why a standard alternate launcher shouldn't work on a stock phone either.

I googled the arc launcher and took me to this screen:

(I donloaded it , and works just fine. All it is, is a dock bar, app screen, nothing fancy atALL.)

It really is quite unremarkable, considering how badly people seem to want it. Why bother when LauncherPro is free and better?
