Looking for specific APPS thread

[mmisterio]

I think we should use this thread to recommend and help people looking for apps.

I'm looking for a specific battery app that adds a % value to the green battery bar at the top of the phone. I don't want a widget on the screen or anything else. Just to add a numerical value to the battery bar. Thanks.

I hate to be that guy but there is an entire forum devoted to apps.

There was one previously started. Great info and suggestions in there.

I'm looking for an app that would be smart enough to put itself into Airplane mode when I get on a subway in NYC. My current dumb phone tries to search for the network when it has no service, and it kills battery life.

The only thing I could find would be Locale or Timerriffic, which would allow me to place the phone into airplane mode at a specific time during the day (for the work commute) but I was wondering if there was any other apps out there that might be smarter about it.
