Looking for Tasker Type App

I currently use Phone Weaver and have for a LONG time. Great little program. But... One of the critical features (to me) does not work so I am looking elsewhere.

All I want is a program that will mute the phone anytime that I have a calendar event or appointment that is marked as "Busy". This was a stock feature baked into my BB and the only thing that I really miss about the thing.

I guess that I am just not that familiar with it...

Does it (would it) work with any calender? Depending on the ROM that I am running at the time (:D), I may or may not be using the stock Exchange program. I switch between that and Touchdown.

That I am not sure about as I don't use an exchange calendar. All of my calendar events and work schedule I add to my Google calendar. If you could sync your exchange calendar to your Google calendar I know it would work regardless of what ROM you are on.
 
Another one that you may want to look at is Setting Profiles. It is very easy to use and they have a lite versions that will only accommodate one profile at a time, but it will let you see if it will work for you. It does rules based on all kinds of things that you would want on a phone. It does an excellent job of quieting the phone during meetings, I don't use Exchage, but it works well on the Android Calendar.
