Root Looking for the 2.2 Version of the stock camera...

I actually really liked this camera and since rooting to CM7, I dont have it anymore. Ive tried Camera360Ultimate but its just not doing it for me like that stock camera was. The rom camera on CM7 is old and useless.

Does anyone know where I can find it? Would it just be a .apk?

I think the stock camera will only work on Sense framework. You could pull the apk out of a stock rom and push it to /system/app and reboot but I don't think it will work on AOSP framework.

You could try the MIUI camera I don't think it is the one that comes with CM7.

I don't know if the download link is still good but it is worth a try. Make a backup first
