Root Looking to update..can't right now due to root..

Simple question but can't seem to find the answer..I know I seen it before..

Instead if renaming things with bak I just deleted them and now I can't get the updates due to this? I think that's what I heard..either way how do I go about getting it all back so I can get the recent updates

Just use the SBF to put everything back to stock. There are instructions in the sticky at the top of the forum.

You could, in theory, copy all the missing .APK files from someone else's phone but realistically, the SBF process is so simple that it's almost not even worth figuring out which ones are missing and copying them all over.

For future reference, they don't really consume any resources just sitting there after you rename them, so you can feel free to simply rename instead of delete.

Alternately, you can use this file to update your phone instead of going back to stock and accepting the OTA. It gets you to the same place:
