Help Loose Charging

My thunderbolts charging port seems like its been pushed in the phone more than it should be. When i plug it into either my car charger or my home charger it stays in but its very loose. I went to Verizon today and the guy said we cant do anything until its so bad it doesnt charge anymore. Is there anything i can do or do i just suffer with it as is?​

Did they say it would be covered under warranty once it stops charging? If so I wouldn't worry about it yet and baby the phone when it is on the charger.

Is the charger itself damaged or messed up that would be causing this?

If you use the phone on the charger it will be more likely to cause this type of damage, so I would try to limit how much you use the phone wile plugged in.

Yes it would be covered under warranty. and yea thanks i bet i used it too much while it was being charged. stupid me

IIRC there is nothing in the instructions with the bolt that says "DON'T USE WHILE CHARGING" and seeing as the battery leaves some to be desired when you are stock it is only a natural thing to do. When it does finally give out then at least you know VZW will get you a replacement.
