Loose headphone jack

My HTC Desire has a loose headphone jack - headphones pop out all the time. As far as I can tell there's nothing stuck in the jack, it must be one of the springs that latches onto headphones that have been inserted that is broken.

Has anyone had problems like this before? Can HTC support fix it (I live in Germany)?

That made it a bit better, I still don't think it's clipping in properly though.
