Help Loose slide up keyboard, fixable?

I just got my droid about a week ago and the slide up keyboard it loose. Whenever it's in my pocket and I'm walking for example, it slides up in my pocket. It's very annoying and I'm wondering if it's fixable cause I would like to try and fix it myself. Thank you so much.

How loose? If you hold it upside down does it open? I would't attempt anything yourself because, that would void the warranty and you can just take it to Verizon. In my experience they're very good at replacing phones.
