Help Loose volume rocker?

novemberwhiskey

Android Enthusiast
Anyone have a "loose" volume rocker that moves up and down (from the face of the phone to the back of it)?

It's not a big deal, but just feels a little sloppy to me. Not sure if I have a defective unit or not.

Never noticed that! Why yes I do.

Yes, I do too. Can you also hear the volume spring if you shake your phone next to your ear?

I was going to exchange this phone for another but it looks like it's part of the design (or design flaw).

I do not hear that although my wife says I'm half deaf :D

Ditto. I noticed that it rattles too, but with my current case it keeps pressure on the rocker, so no more rattle.

Lol...Yes I have it also! Loose power buttons and Volume rockers are common on Samsung Phones...

I checked about 6 Fascinates when I bought it last year in Verizon. All of them had slightly loose power buttons.

My GNex is in the silicone case, so I can't tell unless I take it out...oh well, Build Quality at its finest.

Same here..checked at the store with two phones, they did the same thing too. It's a bit annoying but hopefully when I get my case it won't be noticeable anymore...

Mine actually feels really tight. The volume buttons even click audibly. Granted, mine is only two months old.
