losing battery after checkrom v6

its me again, managed to break something else, lol. So i finally dived in, installed checkrom v6 after using Hawker's Rom Nuker, i added my google account, restored my missing apps and system data from titanium, now im losing 1% battery every 2-3 minutes. It's losing battery faster than the usb cable to my laptop can charge it.

could be that you restored sytem data through Titanium, ive read theres problems doing this, if i were you, full wipe twice, flash rom again and only restore apps through Ti, no system data.

i thought system data, was the app data? ... now i think about it, the clue is in the name "system" data. lol.

is full wipe twice better/any different than using the nuke script?

i do full wipe twice cos thats what it said to do on the checkrom V4 installation guide. Ive not tried the nuke script as i only read about it after id installed V6 lol

dont worry about finding it, i seem to recall reading what you said somewhere too. I used the nuke script, installed checkrom and only restored apps this time, sadly my battery is still close to dead so i cant unplug it yet to test anything

Check BBS for wakelocks. I'm guessing you have not updated your google maps and you are using the version that came with the ROM. This has the known NetworkLocatorPassiveCollector wakelock bug.
Upgrade maps off the Market (currently 6.3.0), reboot, and you should see an improvement.

just for curiosity, are there any residual files or services left over from previous flashes, or are they all removed in the rom nuker / full wipe process?
