Help Losing Internal Harddrive Space

I don't know why my internal space keeps shrinking. It started about a week ago. I have cleared out all of my cache and deleted apps. Every time I delete text messages or apps I lose space instead of gaining space. This is a real pain since I can't check any of my new texts because my phone won't let me when I have so little space. I added all the data from my apps, and I should still have around 75 megs left, but instead it was at 90kb.
