Lost 3G

:confused: Hello everybody: My dilemma: LG optimus V phone lost 3G. Virgin Mobile can't seem to help me. It all started when I wasn't able to save aps to my SD card. My boss said we needed to re-set to factory settings. That's when I lost my 3G. Can't even send texts without WIFI and can't send pictures at all. Do I need a new phone?
