Help Lost all my contacts

i have lost all my contacts and the phone does not allow me to add new ones saying that the android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly

Have you ever synced with Google? Check online to see if your contacts are there, if they are then I would suggest running a repair via PC Companion Support section which will wipe your phone and resinstall the software, hopefully solving the problem. Once you set your phone back up with your Google account details then you can sync the contacts back to your phone.
