Root Lost Apps?

I rooted with Pete's method on my Droid X2 and not all of my apps that are on the phone are back in the app drawer? They are still showing in the settings as being downloaded and still showing in the market as being downloaded. Any clue as to why they will not show in the app drawer? Sorry for the newb question but could not really find an answer to this.

I've never ran across this, but I would just uninstall them and re-install them.

I have. The X2 does all kinds of wierd things. Try a battery pull, clear data and cache, stuff like that.

I have the best luck using titanium. Of course you can't use that until you're rooted. Now that you are I would use that to backup/restore all apps in between new custom roms or any other SBF.
