Can anybody help.
Ive updated me software and saved me contacts via Mobile Backup (2). All worked well. My phone ran out of charge so turned itself off. when i started to cahrge it and turned it back on all me contacts had gone??? Ive got them back via Mabile Backup. But can anybody tell me why this has happened
