Root Lost CPU control

Jayplac

Newbie
I've been using No-frills cpu controller and all of a sudden yesterday, it will not let me change the settings. I downloaded two more cpu controllers to no avail. Yes, I'm rooted.

What gives?

It's obvious your phone has been possessed by the Antichrist. Kill it with fire and holy water until it stops screaming.

JK. Have you tried reinstalling your kernel?

If you cannot change your kernel speeds, it may be possible you somehow lost root, or you refused to give your app(s) root privileges. Check your SU app, see if this is the case. It may be that you have it set to refuse all, and if that doesn't work, re-install your kernel as loss of root is most likely the cause.
