With certain apps as u all know, you can access them via dialpad. I seemed to have lost that function. Even ##3282# does not work. How can i remedy?

If you are rooted and installed a new rom it is possible that the hidden menu may have been removed...

Im rooted, stock rom.

Iam rooted, stock rom. Restored a backup of hidden menu from before i had the issues, to no avail.

I'd suggest doing a full re-install of stock (if that's what you want to stay with) or try a different rom...might even consider using dizzle's reconfigured "Super Wipe" from the all things root section to be sure you've got a nice clean install...
