Help Lost Everything On Gtab

I did something wrong and need help desparately. I hadn't used my gtab for a while (since I was experimenting with a new asus tab) and when I tried I was unable to use google play to download any apps and was unable to open any apps, especially games and not even titanium backup, which I tried to do to refresh everything. I also noticed that my flash player was gone. I then decided to go into clockwork and fix permissions and "reinstall" the rom which I had which was Clemsin-Caulkin. Well, it appears to have gone to stock to the basic screen (not the 3 birds) and no apps what so ever. I had originally rooted with the help of goodintentions a while ago when he had set up an easy to understand website. The "about tablet" states I have tap UI verson Caulkulins G-tab Rom v1.1, Android OS 2.2, Kernel version 2.6.32.9 clemsyn@clemsyn-MM061#88 and build number FRF91.

Do I need to root with new Rom? If so, which would be best to support skype? Can anyone help give me easy, step by step instructions to reroot and install Rom? I did go to everything root and was getting a bit overwhelmed.

I would really be very thankful for any help anyone could provide.

Thank you.
