Root Lost everything while Flashing a ROM

Hey, I Flash a custom ROM and it wipe my whole phone (No shocker there), and I couldnt get the Rom to flash right. But I did the backup before I flash the ROM and I am wondering if I can get my data back or do I have to start all over? Thanks for the help.

restart phone with vol - button recovery> nandroid> restore

Your data will.be fine. Nand back ups, back everything up as is.
