Help lost my 3g signal

Hi guys....help!! for some reason ive lost my 3g icon form the screen & its only showing 2g now which obv takes ages to download stuff on. its not a signal strength issue as my partner has the same phone & its working on 3g fine! not sure if its something ive done when having a nosey about & pressing buttons! well i am a woman! lol! Hellllllllllllllllllllp

Did you reboot your phone yet? Try that first. Reboots usually clear a lot of issues.
