lost password for gpad

i have a gpad and am locked because the pattern to open it was tried 15 times without the correct one and it now wants the uaername email and password- can't remember the password. is there any way to reset the gpad or retreive the password? It's been a long time since it was used.

Not unless you saved it somewhere. Next time get a password app to keep all your passwords.

Note, its in Thai, but it looks like you power off your GPad, press and hold the volume-up button while simultaneously press the power button.

That should take you to the stock recovery screen and allow you to "wipe data/factory reset" your device (I'm guessing you use the volume toggle to change selections and the power button to select).
