lost program(s)

Hi there! Good day to you all!I have an Augen Gen Book.I was trying to delete some apps on my Genbook,I don't know what happened ,but I ended up with a completely blank screen .I tried to load some android apps,but to no avail.I completely deleted all the programs by mistake!!!Is there a reboot cd somewhere?My genbook is completely useless!No programs,no nothing!!!pls help!!!!!Anyone??
