Help lost recovery opition on my incredible

Hi, some how I did this before I used unrevoked 3 to root and flash my incredible then installed 2.2 then I made it stock but now I tried it on my incredible again and it failed it stopped the process but when I go to the boot loader and then to recovery it just goes back to the boot loader can any one help me would trying to unrevoked it again would it fix the recovery and install clockwork mod. Thanks BTW this is the x2 radio update so the standard pb31img zip won't work.
