Root Lost root after 2.2 how do i get back?

i followed directions, but i lost root after the 2.2 update...
anyone tell me how to get root back?

i dont think there is a way to get it back (yet). i think the only way right now is to go back and do it all over again, but move su from bin to xbin. although, i would just wait it out a day or 2 until root is released for 2.2

I've been trying everything since I had root on 2.0.1 then again on 2.2 bit something happened and I had wipe and reinstall and i ended up installing 2.2 without root (doh).

Now I stuck with no root on 2.2 and can't even go back to 2.0.1.

At least I still have my Droid and 9700 to play with.
