Root Lost root please help.

Okay so here's the deal today I updated to 2.3.15 and still had root. Then after that I loaded the tranquility 2.2.3 and right after lost root. What can I do to gain root access again?

Check out the stickie on the top of these posts, id link it but im on my x n haven't yet figured it out, though im sure u can I just don't know lol
